1.1 Is Slot Power legal?

2.3  How do I start the Slot Power casino program?

2.4  Do I need to register to play at Slot Power?

Yes, we ask all our players to register – it's easy and only takes a minute of your time. The first time you run the casino program you will need to choose whether to play for Fun or for Real Money, then the registration screen will be displayed. 2.9  Why do I get an error message while downloading more games?

Should you experience any difficulty while downloading games, the software is set to retry automatically several times. This is most likely due to a weak or intermittent internet connection. 2.11  Do I need two accounts when playing from work and from home?

No, when you have registered an account with us you are not permitted to open another account. To do so risks both accounts being closed. You can login to your account from any computer that the software is installed on, all you need is your username and password. 2.12  I've moved to another address, how can I update my details?

You can update your details at any time. Simply login to your account and visit the Cashier and click on 'Details' to modify your information. 3.1  How do I make a real money deposit?

You'll need to register as a Real Money player, then go to the Cashier section to choose your deposit method and the amount you'd like to deposit. If there's a bonus you'd like to redeem please click the Claim button before you make your deposit.

3.2  Can I register a credit card at the casino that is not in my name?

Promotions typically have wagering requirements associated with them. That means that there is a minimum amount of real money play (wagering) required after claiming a promotion before you can withdraw your winnings. 3.6  What are my chances of winning?

3.9  Is it possible to cancel my withdrawal?

If you request a withdrawal or cash in, and change your mind before it is processed, you can reverse the withdrawal and the funds will be immediately transferred back to your balance. Any withdrawals that can be reversed will show up in the cashier when you try to make a deposit. You cannot make a new deposit if you have one or more pending withdrawals, the Cashier will ask you to cancel a withdrawal instead.

 3.10  Why do I have to submit verification documents?

4.1  I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

On the login screen, you will see a link: "Click here if you have forgotten your password." This will automatically email a new password to you.

4.2  I'm sure I entered my password correctly but I can't login to my account.

Your password is case-sensitive and must be entered the same way each time you login. Check that your CAPS LOCK key is not on if you have difficulties logging in. 4.3  I'm unable to login to my account, the casino won't connect.

4.4  Why do the slots reels just keep spinning, or the roulette ball won't stop?

This means that the internet connection is weak or has been interrupted, and the game results from the server are not able to reach your computer. The slots or roulette ball keep spinning as your computer hasn't received the game results. In this case you should close the casino program and login again to the same game, and your screen will be refreshed to the last known position.

4.5  I'm playing a card game but the cards won't flip over, what can I do?

This can happen if the internet connection is very slow, and the game is waiting for the results from the server which are unable to reach your computer at that time. The gaming server will hold the wager securely until it can resolve the game.

4.6  Help! I was in the middle of a game and I got disconnected! What should I do?

Please don't worry. Our system registers every bit of information your computer has sent to our server so we will be able to retrieve the information of your last action or transaction easily. When you are able to login to your Casino account again you will be able to access the game you were playing at the same point when the connection was lost. Sometimes the game will have played through to the end of the round on the server and although you won't have seen the result, the change will be reflected in your balance. This means that our server has the result of the finished game, but because of your lost connection, your computer didn't receive this information.
